Aquadis Swimming Goggles and Start Smart Swim Cap

It always feels like summer here in SoCal but not yesterday... I was really excited to try my new Aquadis Swimming Goggles. I am no swimmer. I don't even swim well but I love the water. Actually, the water was freezing yesterday! It was sunny though so the water was fine after a while.

I love that it is wide so I can still see very well. The lenses didn't fog and i adjusted the straps well to make sure that no water goes inside. The materials touching my cheeks are very soft. Even though it seems like it's a little tight, it's snug and it didn't hurt my cheeks.

The goggles' main color is white with some red on it so it can be for men or women. It looks very stylish and it definitely compliments my swim cap by Start Smart. Both items can be found on Amazon. Scroll down to find the links to the products.

Feeling cold but still smiling.
I just adore my swim cap. It keeps my hair dry and protects my ears. I don't even have to wear the earplugs that comes with the pack. It has a pair of earplugs and a nose clip. No pool water on my hair means not spending too much time in the shower cleaning my hair.

I think it also makes me look like one of those professional swimmers. Haha. I'm dreaming.
I'm a funny-looking fish! Lol.
Just playing in the water...

ISA Professional Digital Flat Iron Hair Straightener

It's true! Winter makes me lazy. Lazy to style my hair or even wash it... Shhhh... It's just that sometimes, it feels like it's a waste of time. I'd rather stay in bed and snuggle with my little love.

But let's face it! We still need to get up and go to work. I always do shortcuts for me... I always seem like I'm running out of time. I mean I'm always running late to work. It's funny because I always try to prepare early but then there would be this little girl clinging on my leg as I move around. She already knows mommy is leaving for work as soon as I hit the shower. And then as I go and get dressed, she would decide to poop! My 15-minute early time frame is just an illusion by then...

Anyway, ISA Professional Digital Flat Iron Hair Straightener is my lifesaver this winter! During these bad hair day everyday weather, I have great hair! I only concentrate on my bangs and baby hairs when I don't have time. On other days, I use it when I don't shower so my hair is still sleek and straight! The best thing about it is the 50 Minute Auto shut off safety feature, just in case I forget.

I love this product! I would definitely recommend this to my friends! Check out the said flat iron on Amazon today:

2oz Silicone Travel Bottle

My family and I like to take short trips and probably a long trip once or twice a year. Last year, we went to SeaWorld San Diego as an early birthday celebration for my daughter. She loved the dolphins and "Shamu" of course! She kept saying, "Bye bye! See you soon!" How fun for everyone!

We also went to San Francisco to celebrate our birthdays and New Year with my side of the family. We had a lot of stuff in our car. The best thing about us (my husband and I) is that we're both into organizing. Thereby, we also love items that help us organize our things especially when travelling. Like this little travel bottle right here...

Anyway, I brought along my big sunblock and also my favorite lotion. I didn't want to bring the whole thing so I filled up my 2oz Silicone Travel Bottle and put it in one of my diaper bag pockets. That way I know where to find it right away when I needed it.

Bonapiel Stretch Marks and Scar Cream

Motherhood has brought me a lot of joys and love from a very small human. And I also earned a little extra pound, some stretch marks and a couple of cellulite on the side. During my third trimester, my stretch marks started to show!!! I tried using the cocoa butter cream and lotion at the beginning of my pregnancy but I got lazy. So now I'm trying to get rid of them by using various stretch marks creams. One of them is the Bonapiel Stretch Marks and Scar Cream. I have been using this for 2 months now and my stretch marks are less visible. They are noticeable if you get really close to them and stare at them.

I am very satisfied with the results even if I know that they are still there. I just wanted the marks to be even with my skin tone (as that is my aim anyway). I can now comfortably wear two-piece in the summer! I mean, if I have the guts to! Lol.

I have already recommended this product to my mommy friends. Check out the product on Amazon here:

New Year, New Me?

I am not into New Year's Resolutions or the New Year, New Me kinda thing. But every New Year I have a new look. Lol. Here' my new look this month!

According to my friends, I am a DIY queen because I do everything myself that I can. That includes cutting my hair and doing my nails. Although, I barely have time to clean or polish my nails these days... I still manage to clean my nails a few times a month but I have to do some shortcuts because my daughter always needs my attention. Anyway, the Majestic Bombay cuticle pusher nail cleaner is easy to use. I like to clean my cuticles after I shower. That way the cuticles are soft and easy to push out. This tool is very handy and I kept the packaging because it is also a good way to store the product.

Babybazoo Baby Back Seat Mirror for Car

You think you don't need a baby car mirror but you do! The Babybazoo baby back seat mirror for car is very useful and easy to install. As always, it helps to read the instructions for installation steps and tips. Not only will this help moms to check their baby out while driving, the baby will also be entertained just by looking at it. The baby will probably get amused by her reflection in the mirror. This makes my baby happy. And it makes me happy.

I also like that it comes with a free pacifier holder, a cloth, and 2 window sunshades. The sunshades sticks to the window though static. My daughter is also entertained by it. She grabs them and plays with them when she gets bored. This is a must have in the car.

How To Make a Well-Written Product Review

I have been an Amazon Prime Member for the whole year last year and have reaped a lot of benefits. I most specially enjoyed the free 2-day shipping they offer for members only. I mean, who doesn't like free shipping, right? I enjoyed it more when I started getting products for free! Although not all items were free (some were 50-90% off) they were still good deals.

Last year, I mostly reviewed baby items  which was very timely and useful for my toddler. I also blogged about sports items such as water bottles and running belts. Aside from that, I also enjoyed getting free or discounted beauty products. Writing reviews is easy once you get used to it. Here are some tips for newbies...

  1. First, use the product! That's the only way you can come up with a good review. Test the product and use it as specified. Sellers usually have ebook instructions with their products or they can assist you on how to properly use it.
  2. Focus on the uses and features that you like about the product
  3. When writing a blog, try to incorporate the product in your life. How did you use it today? Was there a special occasion when you used it? Has it improved your life a little? I was try to talk about when I used it and how the result was.
  4. What did you not like about the product (if any). Sellers welcome both positive and negative reviews. Try to think how the product could have been improved etter. But most of all, contact the seller first before writing a negative review. They can either help you with the problem or if the product was damaged, they can always send you a new one.
  5. And if you really like the product, would you also recommend it to your family or friends?
Try answering these questions or try these tips to come up with a good Amazon review and not just putting one sentence. Lastly, add a photo or video. Not only will the seller appreciate your effort but other buyers would be grateful for your well-written review. This helps them decide whether or not the product is worth buying or not.

There are a lot of groups that give out codes for free products with a promise that you will write them a product review (on Amazon). Some of my favorites are Tomoson, Elite Deals Club, AMZ Review Trader, and last but not least, Reviewsio.

Aside from free or discounted items, Reviewsio also offer pointing system that will allow you to get rewards. For example, you get a referral link and when someone joins through your link you will get 100 points. You also get 5 points just by logging on each day.

If you're interested in getting deeply discounted items on Amazon, sign up on Reviewsio today! Below is my referral link. Once you sign up, you will also get your own referral link to share and start earning points! Accumulate points and redeem an Amazon gift card!

Babyolas Bath Time Organizer

As a mom, my daily routine includes cleaning, organizing and cleaning. Having a toddler means clutter everywhere and toys everywhere. Even bath toys! Sometimes I find a rubber duckie under the couch?!!!

That is why I was so relieved and happy when I got approved to test and review the Babyolas Bath Time Organizer. Keeps all the bath toys in one place! Making it organized and ready for next use.

The bag is made of a mesh so the excess water form the toys can drip off and dry out after some time. The suction cups can be attached to tiles or glass. I attached ours to the tiles and made sure that it's not within my child's reach. Otherwise, all my efforts to organize becomes a big fail. It also comes with 2 strong suction cups for hanging wash cloths or other toys that can be hung. What my daughter really loves about this product is the free squeaky toys! There is a tiny rubber duckie and a blue penguin. They're so tiny and cute!

I almost gave this product a bad rating because it kept falling!!! I thought it was because my tiles were not that clean? But I just cleaned it that day. Or maybe it's too heavy? I took out everything and it still fell off! And just as I was about to message the seller, they sent me an email regarding tips on how to use the bath time organizer! and I learned that you have to put petroleum jelly on the suction cups to keep them intact with the tiles! What a relief!

I have purchased this product almost 2 months ago. We're still using and loving it! Whether or not you have a toddler with a hundred bath toys or not, you definitely need this product in your shower!

Stroller Organizer and Diaper Bag by Angel Baby

If you're diapers bag is as messy as mine used to be, don't worry! There is hope! The Angel Baby Stroller Organizer is here! I can keep my little one's clothes and milk in our diaper bag and put her toys, diaper and wipes, my phone and sunnies in the stroller organizer. Makes diaper changing a breeze! I don't have to rummage through my bag or take out all the stuff just to find something.

This feature makes the wipes very accessible!

By the way, it is not just a stroller organizer, it's also a diaper bag! A diaper bag because it can hold one or two diaper and wipes (and a diaper rash cream) - it's all you need when you go to public restrooms and need to do some diaper changing action. It comes with an adjustable shoulder straps so you can easily turn it into a shoulder bag! How cool is that!

My baby daddy loves it too because it's black! We have a baby girl so most of our baby items are wither pink or too girly for him. Although he doesn't really mind a pink bag, I'm sure he likes this one better.

My mommy friends also liked it and often asked where I got it. I also recommended it to my cousin who recently had baby. She actually already has one but would prefer this one so it's not too girly.

THZY Universal Car Mount

When navigating to a new place or going on a long drive, a GPS comes in handy. Other times, we just use our "maps" on our phones. Therefore, there is a need for a car mount. In my photo below, you will see 2 examples of car mounts. Below is is vent car mount and top is a windshield car mount.

I like the top car mount because it is the suction on the windshield kind. It is better than my old vent car mount (near the steering wheel). I position it well so my phone is in my eye level so I can just quickly look at it and then get back on the road. It's easy to adjust and the bottom is extended to support the phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and my husband has iPhone 6 and they both fit perfectly because this is a universal car mount.

It also tilts and swivels. The suction is strong and my phone hasn't fallen off. Although there is a plate on the bottom that holds the phone, I can still insert my charger. I just put the charger on and place my phone back on the car mount. There is an opening on the said plate so I can charger or play music.

Reusable Soft Silicone Bib by Baby Go-Green

When my daughter was less than a year old, she used the cloth bibs. Overtime, she outgrew them. Some of them were too tight on the neck... others were too soiled that I don't even want to see them anymore! Sometimes, she would yank them off and refuses to use bibs at all. We always end up with dirty clothes after meal time. Some food leave a permanent stain on her shirt which makes me think of buying new bibs again.

We also used the laminated bibs with food catcher. That kind of bib is also a thumbs up for me. And a double thumbs up for the Soft Silicone Bib by Baby Go-Green! These soft reusable silicone bibs are very convenient to use. My daughter likes it too and she doesn't even take it off like what she does with her regular cloth bibs. The snap closures are adjustable and they are super soft! They are also easy to clean. I just use wipes to wipe them down then store them back into the diaper bag. It comes in a pack of 2 so I leave the other one at home. The food catcher feature is very efficient as was made in such a way that it's ready to catch crumbs. I give this bib a 5-star rating!

Microcareful Premium Wash Mitt

Who likes to wash their cars? Not me. I leave the car washing activities to my husband (yes, he is so sweet)! But it rained last week and I didn't like the raindrops to dry on my truck and leave marks. At least not on the windshield. That's all I cared about. So I use my purple wash mitt and wiped down those water droplets on my windshield.

The Microcareful Premium Wash Mitt has 3 components (1) the purple wash mitt, (2) a small gray mitt, and (3) the yellow car dry towel.

I also use the yellow towel around the house, most specifically, in cleaning our windows. Check out the product on Amazon:
