Picasso Face Paint

Face painting is like getting a kiddie facial. I've had a few kids dozing off as I paint their faces. Some feel a little ticklish and some of the little girls tell me it's like getting make-up!

If you want to try face painting, buy a starter kit. it saves you time and money compared to buying big individual pallets. The Picasso Face Paint is a very basic face paint kit with basic colors. This is how the pallet looks like.

It has enough supply that may last for 1-2 events depending on the number of guests to paint on. This can be used by adults or kids especially the beginners. It comes with everything you need for a face painting party.

I highly recommend this for upcoming events like St. Patrick's Day (it has green and another green stick for that matter), Easter or birthdays. I like to spray a little bit of water before using the palette.

I use the sponge to dab the colors onto the sticker stencils. It is easier to use the sponge and it picks up a lot of color. I use the brush for detailing or for applying the glitter on the face paint. Since this is a small set of paint, I recommend to do simple full face paint or check paints only to save paint and time.

One of the features I like is this pencil-style paint! It makes it easier to use especially is you have a wriggly toddler to put paint on.

For children who have a small face or those who wouldn't sit still (like my model). It is best to do small art like the cupcake I did in the photo using one of the stencils.

For bigger kids, I can use this and make butterflies or bunny faces for Easter. After using, I wash the brush and sponge and just put them back in the original packaging. If you want to stock up on face paint materials, buy some regular paint brushes from the craft store and you can even use those make-up sponges.
