Picasso Face Paint

Face painting is like getting a kiddie facial. I've had a few kids dozing off as I paint their faces. Some feel a little ticklish and some of the little girls tell me it's like getting make-up!

If you want to try face painting, buy a starter kit. it saves you time and money compared to buying big individual pallets. The Picasso Face Paint is a very basic face paint kit with basic colors. This is how the pallet looks like.

It has enough supply that may last for 1-2 events depending on the number of guests to paint on. This can be used by adults or kids especially the beginners. It comes with everything you need for a face painting party.

I highly recommend this for upcoming events like St. Patrick's Day (it has green and another green stick for that matter), Easter or birthdays. I like to spray a little bit of water before using the palette.

I use the sponge to dab the colors onto the sticker stencils. It is easier to use the sponge and it picks up a lot of color. I use the brush for detailing or for applying the glitter on the face paint. Since this is a small set of paint, I recommend to do simple full face paint or check paints only to save paint and time.

One of the features I like is this pencil-style paint! It makes it easier to use especially is you have a wriggly toddler to put paint on.

For children who have a small face or those who wouldn't sit still (like my model). It is best to do small art like the cupcake I did in the photo using one of the stencils.

For bigger kids, I can use this and make butterflies or bunny faces for Easter. After using, I wash the brush and sponge and just put them back in the original packaging. If you want to stock up on face paint materials, buy some regular paint brushes from the craft store and you can even use those make-up sponges.

Aquadis Swimming Goggles and Start Smart Swim Cap

It always feels like summer here in SoCal but not yesterday... I was really excited to try my new Aquadis Swimming Goggles. I am no swimmer. I don't even swim well but I love the water. Actually, the water was freezing yesterday! It was sunny though so the water was fine after a while.

I love that it is wide so I can still see very well. The lenses didn't fog and i adjusted the straps well to make sure that no water goes inside. The materials touching my cheeks are very soft. Even though it seems like it's a little tight, it's snug and it didn't hurt my cheeks.

The goggles' main color is white with some red on it so it can be for men or women. It looks very stylish and it definitely compliments my swim cap by Start Smart. Both items can be found on Amazon. Scroll down to find the links to the products.

Feeling cold but still smiling.
I just adore my swim cap. It keeps my hair dry and protects my ears. I don't even have to wear the earplugs that comes with the pack. It has a pair of earplugs and a nose clip. No pool water on my hair means not spending too much time in the shower cleaning my hair.

I think it also makes me look like one of those professional swimmers. Haha. I'm dreaming.
I'm a funny-looking fish! Lol.
Just playing in the water...

Stroller Organizer and Diaper Bag by Angel Baby

If you're diapers bag is as messy as mine used to be, don't worry! There is hope! The Angel Baby Stroller Organizer is here! I can keep my little one's clothes and milk in our diaper bag and put her toys, diaper and wipes, my phone and sunnies in the stroller organizer. Makes diaper changing a breeze! I don't have to rummage through my bag or take out all the stuff just to find something.

This feature makes the wipes very accessible!

By the way, it is not just a stroller organizer, it's also a diaper bag! A diaper bag because it can hold one or two diaper and wipes (and a diaper rash cream) - it's all you need when you go to public restrooms and need to do some diaper changing action. It comes with an adjustable shoulder straps so you can easily turn it into a shoulder bag! How cool is that!

My baby daddy loves it too because it's black! We have a baby girl so most of our baby items are wither pink or too girly for him. Although he doesn't really mind a pink bag, I'm sure he likes this one better.

My mommy friends also liked it and often asked where I got it. I also recommended it to my cousin who recently had baby. She actually already has one but would prefer this one so it's not too girly.

Check it out on Amazon and get yours today!

THZY Universal Car Mount

When navigating to a new place or going on a long drive, a GPS comes in handy. Other times, we just use our "maps" on our phones. Therefore, there is a need for a car mount. In my photo below, you will see 2 examples of car mounts. Below is is vent car mount and top is a windshield car mount.

I like the top car mount because it is the suction on the windshield kind. It is better than my old vent car mount (near the steering wheel). I position it well so my phone is in my eye level so I can just quickly look at it and then get back on the road. It's easy to adjust and the bottom is extended to support the phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and my husband has iPhone 6 and they both fit perfectly because this is a universal car mount.

It also tilts and swivels. The suction is strong and my phone hasn't fallen off. Although there is a plate on the bottom that holds the phone, I can still insert my charger. I just put the charger on and place my phone back on the car mount. There is an opening on the said plate so I can charger or play music.

Reusable Soft Silicone Bib by Baby Go-Green

When my daughter was less than a year old, she used the cloth bibs. Overtime, she outgrew them. Some of them were too tight on the neck... others were too soiled that I don't even want to see them anymore! Sometimes, she would yank them off and refuses to use bibs at all. We always end up with dirty clothes after meal time. Some food leave a permanent stain on her shirt which makes me think of buying new bibs again.

We also used the laminated bibs with food catcher. That kind of bib is also a thumbs up for me. And a double thumbs up for the Soft Silicone Bib by Baby Go-Green! These soft reusable silicone bibs are very convenient to use. My daughter likes it too and she doesn't even take it off like what she does with her regular cloth bibs. The snap closures are adjustable and they are super soft! They are also easy to clean. I just use wipes to wipe them down then store them back into the diaper bag. It comes in a pack of 2 so I leave the other one at home. The food catcher feature is very efficient as was made in such a way that it's ready to catch crumbs. I give this bib a 5-star rating!

Baby Carrier by OZN Commerce

My little one is turning 2 this month and we've been through 2 baby carriers. Both of them are the SSC (soft structured carrier) kind. I like those kind because you just buckle them up, adjust and you're good to go!

I have seen the Mei Tai kind of baby carriers before but only in Pinterest and DIY blogs. So this is actually my first time to get my hands on a Mei Tai baby carrier and I just love it! Here are some of the features that I love about the OZN Commerce Baby Carrier.

First, I fell in love right away with its delicate embroidery feature. It sort of reminds me of Anna's dress (from the movie "Frozen"). Don't you think so too?

The straps that rest on my shoulder area are padded for comfort. Same with the top area where the baby's head is. That way it can wrap around your little one without being too snug.

I can sew and I am very keen when it comes to sewing and sewn products. I must say, this baby carrier is very well made and I just love the details!
It has a pictured instruction manual for easy use.

It does take some practice to use this baby carrier. Just keep practicing and there are also YouTube video tutorials that will show you how to use this kind of carrier. Baby can be worn on the front or back like our photos.  My little one and I love our new baby carrier! She thinks we are just playing around doing some "horsie, horsie" ride. After I took it off, she cried! She said, "More, more!" Hahaha. She loves horseback rides that's why.

Check out the product on Amazon and get one for you and your baby!

Microcareful Premium Wash Mitt

Who likes to wash their cars? Not me. I leave the car washing activities to my husband (yes, he is so sweet)! But it rained last week and I didn't like the raindrops to dry on my truck and leave marks. At least not on the windshield. That's all I cared about. So I use my purple wash mitt and wiped down those water droplets on my windshield.

The Microcareful Premium Wash Mitt has 3 components (1) the purple wash mitt, (2) a small gray mitt, and (3) the yellow car dry towel.

I also use the yellow towel around the house, most specifically, in cleaning our windows. Check out the product on Amazon:

Vita Sciences Joint Right Natural Muscle & Joint Pain Relief

I had to carry my little baby bear on my back while hiking last week. She is a 25-pound weight on my back! Last time we went hiking, I wore her on my front but she was just way too heavy for me now! My husband was carrying our stuff on his backpack. We would have switched but I prefer to carry my baby. Besides, she loved it too! Wearing her on my back did help distribute her weight.

After the hike, I felt so tired and my shoulders hurt from all that weight lifting! My left should had some tolerable pain but my right shoulder was sore! Not to mention my painful back as well.

Our little fambam of three!

It's a good thing I keep my pain relieving cream in my backpack! I used the Vita Sciences Joint Right Natural Muscle & Joint Pain Relief on my shoulders and back. Although I wasn't relieved right away (this is a cream not magic!) I had to use it again that night before going to sleep to maximize its effect and help me feel rested (by easing the pain away).

It is natural so no irritation occurred on my skin. I also tried this on my husband for his bad ankle. It helped a little as it is only for minor aches. I just need to remind myself to use it on him more often.

With my newly opened pain relieving cream from weeks ago.
Very handy and easy to use.

It comes in a 1.7 fluid ounce pump bottle which may last me a month's supply. I love the cream dispenser portion. It helps me get the right amount I need and nothing is spilled or wasted! Check out the product on Amazon. It is currently $19.95. This is the link to the product:
