Picasso Face Paint

Face painting is like getting a kiddie facial. I've had a few kids dozing off as I paint their faces. Some feel a little ticklish and some of the little girls tell me it's like getting make-up!

If you want to try face painting, buy a starter kit. it saves you time and money compared to buying big individual pallets. The Picasso Face Paint is a very basic face paint kit with basic colors. This is how the pallet looks like.

It has enough supply that may last for 1-2 events depending on the number of guests to paint on. This can be used by adults or kids especially the beginners. It comes with everything you need for a face painting party.

I highly recommend this for upcoming events like St. Patrick's Day (it has green and another green stick for that matter), Easter or birthdays. I like to spray a little bit of water before using the palette.

I use the sponge to dab the colors onto the sticker stencils. It is easier to use the sponge and it picks up a lot of color. I use the brush for detailing or for applying the glitter on the face paint. Since this is a small set of paint, I recommend to do simple full face paint or check paints only to save paint and time.

One of the features I like is this pencil-style paint! It makes it easier to use especially is you have a wriggly toddler to put paint on.

For children who have a small face or those who wouldn't sit still (like my model). It is best to do small art like the cupcake I did in the photo using one of the stencils.

For bigger kids, I can use this and make butterflies or bunny faces for Easter. After using, I wash the brush and sponge and just put them back in the original packaging. If you want to stock up on face paint materials, buy some regular paint brushes from the craft store and you can even use those make-up sponges.

Priority Chef Knife Sharpener

My family and I always enjoy a home-cooked meal. Both my hubby and I enjoy cooking. And there is nothing more disappointing than a blunt knife while cutting some vegetables or meat!

I was cooking today... I successfully made pancit! It's a Filipino (Chinese inspired food).   Thanks to Priority Chef Knife Sharpener for keeping my knife sharp! I was able to cut all the ingredients without much effort! But the onions made me cry! Lol.

Magnus - Long Handled Double Edge Safety Razor

My husband has been using the the Magnus - Long Handled Double Edge Safety Razor. Actually, he said he really likes this product. He said it's easy to use and very sharp. He likes the fact that it is double edged and it even came in with 2 extra blades! Definitely more sophisticated and better than his disposable razors!

Sometimes, he thinks he is cute and manly with those mustache and beard. Nah. I tell him to shave it all off! I'm glad I got him this razor!

Lewo Magnetic Board Games Chalkboard Easel

My daughter is two and she loves puzzles! I was really excited to get the Lewo Magnetic Board Games Chalkboard Easel for her! Jigsaw puzzles are perfect for hand-to-eye coordination. She knows a lot of the animals that come with this toy and she can create whatever she likes. The magnetic board comes with a chalkboard side too! My little one enjoys drawing on it and I can take a break from cleaning walls (with crayons or chalk drawings on it).

We usually play with letters and numbers too and use the fridge as our board. She probably remembered as she took the puzzle pieces and played with them on the fridge. This girl is so smart! What can I say? She has smart parents! :)

I don't even mind cleaning the mess she makes if it means she is having fun and learning at the same time.
